AI calling agent for appointment booking

The call that ends in a booked appointment

A quote sent or a lead captured is not a booking. WellCheck calls the list, checks real availability, offers a time, and confirms it — the same conversation a front desk would have, run on the schedule you set.

    Why bookings slip

It's rarely that nobody wanted the appointment. It's that booking it takes a call, and the call competes with whoever's already in the chair, on the job, or in the room. The person who would make that call is busy doing the work the appointment is for.

    • Inquiries and quotes arrive faster than anyone has time to call them.
    • Most calls take more than one attempt — voicemail, no answer, try again.
    • By the time someone gets a callback, they've often booked somewhere else.

    What comes back to you

Every call ends in one of a small set of outcomes, written down the moment the call ends — not a note someone meant to log later.

A booked slot, from real availability

WellCheck only offers times you've made available, confirms the one that works, and writes it to the campaign report.

    A text confirmation

If the contact agrees on the call, a confirmation text goes out — message and data rates may apply, and they can reply STOP at any time.

A callback if now isn't good

Not every call lands right away. WellCheck asks, and reschedules instead of pushing.

    A full transcript

Saved the moment the call ends. WellCheck retains the transcript, not an audio recording.

    Getting started

    1. Upload the list

Leads, quotes, or a recall list — CSV, or added by hand. You set the calling window and how the call should open.

    2. Set your real availability

The times that are actually open. WellCheck only offers what you've made available, so nothing gets booked that can't be honored.

    3. Run the campaign

Calls go out on your schedule. Booked, callback requested, not interested, no answer — you watch outcomes land as they happen.

    About calling for a booking

Every call can open with an automated-call disclosure and a keypad opt-out, and calling hours can be enforced against each contact's own time zone. Those are part of the Compliance Add-On and are off by default. Whether you need them depends on how the list was built and who's on it — which is your call to make, not ours.

    How compliance works

    Questions people ask

Does it check my actual calendar?

It offers only the availability windows you configure for the campaign — it doesn't read a calendar directly. You set the open slots; WellCheck offers and confirms from that list.

What happens if none of the offered times work?

It asks for a callback window instead of pushing for an answer, and that gets written to the report the same way a booking would.

Does this work for dental, med spa, or physical therapy scheduling specifically?

Yes — the same campaign builder handles recall calls, consult bookings, and plan-of-care rebooking. The script and calling window are yours to set for whichever list you're working.

    What does it cost?

$0.49 per live minute, no subscription and no per-seat fee. You pay for talk time, so a list that doesn't answer costs very little.

Does it integrate with my scheduling software?

Not yet as a direct integration. Today you upload a CSV and export results back. If a specific integration is what stands between you and using this, tell us which one — that ordering isn't decided.

Can it confirm the appointment by text?

Yes, if the contact agrees on the call. A confirmation text goes out with standard message-and-data-rates and opt-out language.

See it run on your own list

We're early, and we'd rather show you than pitch you. Send us a handful of contacts who need a booking call and we'll set up the campaign with you.
